With every massage, I carefully listen to my client's wants and needs to tailor each session for their greatest benefit. My default pressure is firm but I can go lighter or deeper depending on session goals. My style incorporates a mix of swedish and therapeutic techniques to achieve a balance of relaxation and tension/pain reduction. I love working out "knots" and feeling muscles relax. Above all, I'm here to help you feel better and move easier!
